The hotel offers reasonable prices and the rooms are clean. The rooms are pleasant, recently renovated, and come with king-sized beds with comfortable pillows. The hotel is in a great location in Santa Clara.

Updated and tidy rooms with separate bedroom, drinks, microwave, super-friendly staff. With a microwave, coffee/tea making machines and a fridge.

The breakfast was amazing! Couldn't ask for a better start to the day. The rooms were spacious and comfy.

The pool area was extremely dirty when we went at night. People had left food and towels everywhere. It was still not clean the following morning.

My family have been coming here since the Early 90's with our 6 kids. And now we're bringing our GrandBabies who love the Hotel just as much as Great America' We Enjoy the Clean Rooms the Pool and the Breakfast as well!! Thank You For Always being here!

The Only thing that could be better are the Prices in the little Gift Center!! It's quite High in there!!

Breakfast has a broad choice in the week, freshly prepared hot food and a range of cereals and pastries. The suite was excellent and housekeeping did a great job.

Getting on the WiFi was a nightmare - took a series of tweets to Hilton, plus a call from front desk at 2am, to get connected. The hot breakfast at the weekend is kept warm, which can be OK, but it wasn't warm enough. The dinner menu is pretty uninspiring.

I would definitely book again if ever in Santa Clara. This place is well-maintained and popular because of the perfect location and the mountain views. the room is extremely pleasant, updated, and includes a pull-out couch and a writing table.

Employess were very nice & friendly. 1st night we checked in, we were greeted with a smile. They were patient & helpful. Room was clean, bed was sooo comfy. My kids loved the room. We went swimming, sat in the jacuzzi, and exercised early morning. Made to order breakfast was outstanding. We had 0 complaints. Wish we could had stayed longer.
